Autocad draughtsman

The figure will be included in the technical team of the office, actively participating in the design and modeling of construction works within the scope of relevant mono- or multidisciplinary assignments, for public and private clients, pertaining to buildings, civil works and transportation infrastructure through the use of CAD and BIM software.

The candidate will work closely with engineers and designers to ensure the quality of projects, contributing to their planning and development at all stages, from initial concept to final documentation.

• Technical diploma (surveyor, appraiser) or degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture;
• Work experience in previous companies or design firms of at least 2-3 years;
• Development of geometric and informational models and graphic designs for different design levels, with emphasis on masonry/ca/steel works, tunnels, hydrogeological instability, hydraulic studies and design, and minor works of art;
• advanced computer knowledge metric estimating programs ability to read and understand technical drawings;
• Advanced computer knowledge Office package and Autocad;
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Aptitude for teamwork and willingness to collaborate.

• Advanced knowledge of Revit software or other BIM tools for integrated project management;
• Familiarity with construction industry rules and regulations;
• English language proficiency (spoken and written)
